The Winter Bluefin Association
shall be organized into a structure comprised
of three distinct bodies. A five member Board
of Directors shall be appointed by the Executive
and charged with carrying out the mission of
the Association and hearing the voice of the
members. The Executive will be a two or three
member group of persons listed in the corporate
filings and charged with carrying out the day
to day business of the Association and coordinating
with the Board of Directors. A quorum for the
purpose of doing business shall be a majority
of members of a body. Members of the Association will
be those dues paying persons who are not on the
Board of Directors or Executive.
It is the intent of the Winter
Bluefin Association, Incorporated to operate
without profit. Dues and donations shall be
collected, and the proceeds used solely to
further the goals set forth in the Mission
Statement on behalf of the members and general
population. How this is to be accomplished
will be at the discretion of a non-salaried
Board of Directors and Executive chosen from
the membership.
